Football Media Day - Freshman order forms late going out
There apparently was an glitch at school with the prepaid envelopes not going out to the freshman team until very late. Not to worry… the pics and packages will be posted online for the freshman team starting this weekend. Sorry for the hassle.
I processed the pictures Thursday night and will set up the online pricing on Saturday (same price as the pre-paid packages).
I will be at the scrimmage tonight on the sideline — if you have any specific questions for me, please feel free to chase me down. See everyone at the game.
UPDATE: The freshman pics are now posted online at “Find Your Photos”. If you still wish to submit your order with the pre-paid envelope, I will be at the August 31 freshman and JV games. Locate me on the sideline, and I can take your order then.
Photo Button Requests
I had several calls this afternoon from parents wanting photo buttons. I will make that available in the next couple of weeks. You will be able to choose from action/sideline shots or the profile shots that will be used in the football program.
This isn’t limited to just the football players. Band members, cheer, flag corps, etc. can take advantage of this as well. Chase me down on football game night or give me a call to grab a specific shot.
UPDATE: We will be purchasing a button maker on Monday and will have pricing online by mid-week. If you would like to get buttons for the first game, please email me your requests now and we will do our best to have them Thursday night. These will be 3″ buttons. I’m most likely planning to price these at $8 each and 3 for $20. The program pics will be posted on Sunday… you can choose from those or from any of the other pics posted.

Varsity girls - before heading over to “Meet the Panthers”, I need to get head shots for your volleyball program. Please plan on being available after practice - this won’t take long.
Team Tennis is in Full Swing
It’s great to begin meeting the athletes from the different sports participating this fall. I have a soft spot for tennis, as this was my sport in high school and college. I was tempted to grab a racket and challenge someone to a match, but now my fat butt wouldn’t last 3-4 games. Maybe when it cools down I’ll try to take one of the guys on…
Volleyball Photo Day - Wednesday, August 15
Freshman, JV, and Varsity team photos plus individual pics will be taken at the main gym on August 15. Same as the football teams, a prepaid envelope with package pricing will be passed out (most likely Monday).
Thank you ladies! I’m softening up any glare from the lights and the orders should head to the lab this weekend. In the meantime, there’s some volleyball to play. The Duncanville tournament kicks off my season… hopefully I’ll be able to catch a game on Friday then again on Saturday!

Football Photo Day - Thursday, August 23
I met with Coach Clark and Athletic Director Randy Bullock today in preparation for photo day at the stadium. We will get rolling with coaches’ pics around 8:30 followed by the team and individual pics at 9am. Most likely, we will stagger the times for each group (freshman, JV, varsity) to arrive so we’re all not standing around looking at each other for several hours.
Each player will receive a pre-paid envelope sometime during 2-a-days that will have the information below. Fill it out prior to the shoot and bring to the stadium on picture day.
There will be two photographers at the shoot, and we will do everything we can to make this go as quickly as possible. We will do the team picture first. Afterwards, one photographer will be taking the shot for the program while I will be taking the individual photo for purchase. If you do not wish to purchase photos, you do not have to take that particular shot. ALL SENIORS WILL BE POSED FOR THE SECOND SHOT (however, you are not required to purchase).
We will be done by noon (that’s the plan anyway) so the coaches can get back to In-Service (sorry guys!)
