Volleyball Photo Day is Monday, August 18
It’s hard to believe a new volleyball season is about to begin…
Photo Day is Monday, August 18 beginning at 3:30pm. Players will be receiving a pre-paid envelope this week with a la carte and package prices. I look forward to seeing everyone again!
Volleyball Booster Meeting, Monday August 11
The first Volleyball Booster Meeting for the 2008 Season will be Monday, August 11, at 7:00 pm in the Midlothian High School cafeteria. I am encouraging as many parents as possible to attend as we will be enrolling members, ordering yard signs, t-shirts, etc., as well as discussing the Program Ads, Raffle, Tournaments and Banquet. Parent involvement will enable us to play a part in a fun and successful season. I look forward to seeing you Monday night!

Varsity girls make short work of Corsicana
Congrats to the Lady Panthers on their road trip to Corsicana winning 3 straight against the Tigers. The girls play at home on Friday night (5:30) against Red Oak. It’s also Senior Night, so come out and support the Lady Panthers before the football game.
Girls come up big against Waxahachie
A local rivalry took center stage here Tuesday night as the Lady Panthers won 3-1 over Waxahachie. With a larger than usual visiting crowd and volleyball players from the Frank Seale and Walnut Grove volleyball teams in attendance, the gym was rockin’. Way to go girls!
Panther Volleyball teams sweep Arlington Seguin
Freshman, JV and Varsity all win again Arlington Seguin Tuesday night. The girls really seem to be coming together with strong defense and nice offensive plays.
I wanted to thank everyone for their visits (and purchases) on the website. The overall support for the girls is amazing.

Volleyball Photo Day - Wednesday, August 15
Freshman, JV, and Varsity team photos plus individual pics will be taken at the main gym on August 15. Same as the football teams, a prepaid envelope with package pricing will be passed out (most likely Monday).
Thank you ladies! I’m softening up any glare from the lights and the orders should head to the lab this weekend. In the meantime, there’s some volleyball to play. The Duncanville tournament kicks off my season… hopefully I’ll be able to catch a game on Friday then again on Saturday!
